Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

Background: The healthcare system, being one of the most crucial and delicate domains in any society, is constantly undergoing continuous evolution and advancement. Rapid developments in technology, social and economic changes, evolving societal needs, and other factors pose new and unprecedented challenges to the healthcare system. For the success of the healthcare system, it is essential for managers to accurately comprehend these transformations and implement suitable strategies to tackle the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities within the healthcare system. Methods: Scientific and research sources were utilized to examine the challenges and solutions in managing healthcare system transformations. By studying abstracts and selecting appropriate articles, data pertaining to health objectives and strategies, resistance to change, financial resource shortages, information and data management, organizational and institutional coordination, performance evaluation, and healthcare transformation were extracted. Successes, challenges, strategies, and the significance of managing transformation in healthcare systems were examined via data analysis. Results: Necessary actions required to enhance the quality of healthcare provision, foster the development of information and communication technologies, strengthen coordination amongst healthcare entities, prioritize education and training of the workforce, engage in meticulous financial planning, and successful strategies in managing transformation as effective solutions to confront the challenges of managing transformation within the healthcare system. By executing these strategies, the quality of healthcare services can be improved, patient satisfaction can be increased, and treatment outcomes can be enhanced. Conclusion: By providing a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and solutions of transformation management in the health system, this article helps managers and experts in the field of health to implement appropriate strategies to improve the quality of health services and patient satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Ashwagandha, or Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera), is of considerable importance in the Solanaceae family due to the presence of a group of steroid lactones called withanolides. Given the limited production of these metabolites in the roots and leaves of the plant under natural conditions and the high demand from the pharmaceutical industry, it is crucial to use the hairy root method to increase metabolite production. To induce bacteria under laboratory conditions, tissue culture and its various steps are typically required. However, nowadays, an alternative and simpler transgenic method is used that does not rely on tissue culture and can produce transgenic plants with an increased yield of secondary metabolites. In this experiment, Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain A4 was injected into the plant at the wound site located at the first node of the seedling. Fifteen days later, hairy roots appeared, and after the growth of the transgenic plants in the greenhouse, growth characteristics (such as root volume and root area) were measured, and phytochemical analyses were performed on both transgenic and control plants. The experiment followed a completely randomized design with 3 replications. The transgenic plants outperformed the controls in terms of agronomic traits: root length (1.12 times longer), root volume (2 times greater), and root area (1.49 times larger). As a result of this study, catalase enzyme activity and flavonoid levels were found to be lower in transgenic plants than in control plants. Correlation results showed that catalase enzyme activity and flavonoid content had positive and significant correlations with root length, volume, and area. Based on the findings of this research, the transgenic method, without the need for tissue culture, can be introduced as a useful approach in this plant to increase root hair production without increasing antioxidant enzyme activity.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Hospitals require a central monitoring and improve planning process in order to enhance patient care quality. Regarding the current developments in health care systems, the question is which information system can support transformation of hospitals. This review article focuses on the capacity of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the transformation of hospitals.Methods: First, the development of information systems, the history and concept of ERP was described. Then the effectiveness and potentials of ERP and the challenges of its application in hospitals were discussed.Conclusion: We suggest that hospital processes should be divided into two parts; definitive and tentative processes. ERP systems are beneficial in definitive processes.

Abstract: 

The objective of this paper is to examine human resource management strategies to support digital transformation programs in organizations. This qualitative study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with 22 human resource managers and experts in Tehran. Data was collected until theoretical saturation was reached and analyzed using NVivo software. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership, employee training and development, and organizational culture are key strategies that can support digital transformation. Additionally, resistance to change and misalignment between strategies and human resources were identified as major challenges in the digital transformation process. Human resource management strategies play a crucial role in the success of digital transformation programs. Transformational leadership and continuous employee training are among the strategies that can reduce resistance to digital changes and prepare organizational culture for embracing these changes. Organizations need to design appropriate strategies to overcome existing barriers and capitalize on the benefits of digitalization

Abstract: 

Concurrent with the rapid development of digitalization in various fields, the signs of entering the age of virtual life have become more manifest. The advent of social networks, spaces mixed with virtual reality and the strong tendency of citizens to communicate with the new space, and the unprecedented acceptance of communications and relationships in this space, has necessitated the digital transformation. Although the term of Digital has been designated as an adjective for transformation, digital transformation is not limited to the digitalization directive or process. Digital transformation is the process of transitioning traditional entities based on communication, relationships, and the physical ecosystem into a world based on non-physical occasions and entities. Knowledge management is one of the most important facilitators of change. The knowledge nature of digital transformation and its highly dynamic and variable features require changes in attitudes and the facilitation of knowledge management. For this reason, transformational knowledge management can be suggested as a suitable solution. Abstract: 

مقدمه: قارچ رشته ای Mortierella alpina منبع غنی از اسید های چرب غیراشباع به خصوص آراشیدونیک اسید است. این ماده پیش ساز تولید تعدادی از ایکوزانویید هاست که در ریولوژی خون، فعال سازی پلاکت ها و عملکرد لوکوسیت ها و ویژگی های عملکردی غشای سلولی نقش دارد. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه انتقال ژن بتا گلوکورونیداز به قارچ M. alpina CBS754.68 با استفاده از باکتری های Agrobacterium rhizogenes و Agrobacterium tumefaciens بررسی شد. باکتری های حاوی ناقلpBI121  برای تراریختی ریسه های قارچ استفاده شد. ریسه های سه روزه با سه تیمار یک، دو و سه ساعت در معرض قرارگیری سلول های باکتری در حضور استوسیرینگون به عنوان بافت هدف استفاده شد. پایداری میتوزی تراژن تا نسل سوم (T2) در قارچ های تراریخت با استفاده از رنگ آمیزی هیستوشیمیایی GUS و واکنش زنجیره ای پلیمراز بررسی شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین درصد تراریختی مربوط به باکتری A. tumefaciens و بیشترین پایداری میتوزی در تراریخت های حاصل از کاربرد A. rhizogenes است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که برای حصول نتیجه با بازده تراریختی بیشتر و پایدارتر استفاده از گونه مناسب Agrobacterium فاکتوری اساسی است. نوع گونه و سویه قارچ و شرایط آزمایش در انتقال ژن به این روش بسیار موثر است. این اولین گزارش برای تراریختی قارچ اتوتروف M. alpina با استفاده از Agrobacterium است.

امروزه بدون آنکه بفهمیم، اقلام و خدماتی که مصرف می کنیم به محض خرید به خوبی کار می کنند. در حقیقت، بسیاری از جوامع صنعتی و فراصنعتی صرفاً آنچه را که موثر نیست، کنار گذاشته اند. با این حال، زمانی بود که کیفیت و اثربخشی نزد ارائه دهندگان کالا و خدمات در اولویت نبود. تمرکز شدید بر کیفیت عمدتاً پس از جنگ جهانی دوم، به ویژه در دهه 1980، در پاسخ به بازاری که کار ارزان قیمت را رد کرد و تقاضای مصرف کننده برای محصولات با دوام، افزایش یافت. در این مقاله، ما در مورد تاریخچه یکی از برجسته ترین فلسفه های مدیریت کیفیت، مدیریت کیفیت جامع (Total Quality Management-TQM) بحث خواهیم کرد. ما یاد خواهیم گرفت که چگونه مدیریت کیفیت جامع می تواند به سودآوری و بهره وری بیشتر کمک کند. علاوه بر این، متخصصان صنعت درباره تفاوت های TQM با سایر فلسفه ها و روش های مدیریت کیفیت مانند شش سیگما و کایزن صحبت می کنند.

Abstract: 

Strategic management is a three-step process involving strategic planning, strategic implementation, and strategic evaluation. The output of the first stage is strategic planning, and this process is ongoing because the assumptions underlying the planning are not constant and are constantly changing. Of these three steps, strategic planning has always been and remains a challenge. So far this is a convenient, transferable and unambiguous approach has not been introduced to thinkers in strategic defense and security sciences; This study explored the evolutionary transformation management model and the methodology for developing a strategy for it has provided that stakeholders in the field of strategic defense and security sciences can also make good use of it. The examples given in this research because of the documentation, They are in the field of business, but their translation can be found in other areas Research ahead Descriptive based on the purpose of the development and application and in terms of data collection this is a case study. The authors of this study have presented their strategic management model as "Evolutionary Transformational Management" and the Strategic Planning Process as "Analytical Framework 829". In this research, the tools for performing each activity are also presented.
